Job Title
Exterior Cleaning Technician
Location: Client homes around the Solihull, Birmingham and Warwickshire area
Salary:
The starting salary for this position is £25,000. If you complete the competency learning path, you can earn £26,000. After the probation period, your salary will increase to £27,000, and you may also receive bonuses we currently have a bonus scheme that you can receive up to £3,000 per year.
OTE £30,000 – £40,000 inc overtime, production bonus, commission and company annual bonus
Hours: Core – 07.00 – 16.30hrs
Basic Outline:
Assist the Lead Technicians to provide Squeaky Solihull Exterior Cleaning services to commercial and domestic properties across the West Midlands.

- Serve our clients vigorously helping them achieve freedom and quality of life
- Make sure your space maintains a “show ready” appearance
- Be well groomed and maintain a clean company uniform
Role Responsibilities
- Attend company meetings, promotional and/or social events
- Clock-in and keep accurate track of hours worked
- Prepare the Soft Wash Van with soaps and materials to complete the daily scope of work
- Ensure extra pumps and parts are on the truck to keep the system up and running
- Vehicle checks for daily for fluids, tyre pressure, and wear and tear
- Inspect your Hero Softwash System to ensure it is in working order
- Review work orders for accuracy and to ensure you have all materials to complete the job
- Protect customer’s property and landscape from physical or chemical damages
- Aid Lead Tech in meeting the production goal for the week and month
- Soft Wash the surfaces designated in the scope of work cleaning and sanitising the surface
- Complete the service trucks share of daily 5 and drive Marketing program
- Complete End-Of-Day Procedure each day
- Ensure the toolbox is onboard and has all the tools needed to repair the truck or system
- Ensure Manuals and Paperwork are onboard the service truck
- Be a part of the accountable to your actions and others ensuring the chain of compliance
Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence – with 2 years of experience driving larger vans
- Be over 25 Yrs old due to Fleet Insurance
